We got big and huge standard twin room on an upper level as an upgrade, nice gesture. It had coffee & tea making machines and glassware. Had very central location right in the centre of town. Didn't like when it was very hot outside, went to La Maison du Burger Lmb to relax and grab some food.
Facilities were amazing, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The venue was great value and extremely comfy, I appreciated the location right by the glacier and restaurants and bars in town, and roof top views. It was well laid out and large, good enough for summer holidays. The setting of hotel was stunning and amazing, right in the centre of town. Dined at Le Boccalatte, it was not too far away from the venue. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was special overall.
The bed was not comfortable, that's my bad luck.

One of our favourite spots Crystal Museum was really close to this place. Le Monchu, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Honestly no reason to complain. We really enjoyed staying at park hotel suisse & spa.
